Balance your life
Balance Your Life is a healthy lifestyle campaign from the Department of Health Education at Tufts. The goals of Balance Your Life are to improve nutrition, increase physical activity, and improve overall well-being of Tufts undergrads. To do this, Balance Your Life will educate students at Tufts about leading a healthy life on a college campus and provide the tools to do so. BYL not only provides resources through the web, at the gym, and in dorms, but also runs free exercise classes and cooking classes.
