TUFTS UNITED AGAINST INEQUITIES IN DISEASE (UAID)

UAID is a national organization whose goal is to empower students and communities  to eliminate health inequities. These inequities are unjust and totally preventable differences in health between groups of people. Our goal at Tufts is to make a sustainable impact on the Medford/Somerville community into the greater Boston area. We are working on a local scale to investigate health disparities and initiate effective change in the health care system.
